EJP Building 6000 Build-Out

Overview

The project scope consisted of the interior build-out of floors 11, 12, 14 & 15 of building six (6)at the Eduardo J. Padron campus. The interior finishes and appearance now match those of the completed floors 7 through 9. The spaces on the vacant floors consists of networking labs, makers space, multi-purpose spaces, small meeting rooms, large classrooms, offices, reception area, study rooms, printing/cut room and other related spaced. In addition, each floor has restrooms and all of the necessary services for MEP, fire protection and sprinklers, and data systems. All work was done within a fully occupied building.
