Details

New construction of the Helen and Jacob Shaham Academic Medical Center. Slated to open in 2028, the $162 Million, seven-story facility will feature both academic learning environments and outpatient multi-specialty services. FIU Medicine is also partnering with Baptist Health South Florida, and together they will shape the future of healthcare and medical education.

We are proud to be entering a JV with Robins & Morton on this impactful project, and we are honored to help bring this vision to life for Florida International University and the communities it will serve for generations to come.
