MHW Cath Labs Suite

Overview

This ICRA Class IV, AHCA-inspected project involved the renovation of the existing Cath Lab suite to accommodate for the build out of a new Cath Lab #3 procedure room, including med gas, Phillips tables and associated conduits, Stryker booms and new AHU and exhaust fan. These renovations took place in five areas, among three phases. (1) the addition of UPS equipment in the present UPS room on the third floor; (2) the installation of electrical services to Cath Lab #1 on the second floor; (3) the conversion of classroom space into equipment storage space on the third floor; (4) the conversion of existing supply storage room and adjacent spaces into the Cath Lab #3 on the second floor; and (5) the installation of electrical services to the Cath Lab #3 equipment in the first floor ceiling.
