PCS Fine Arts Building

Overview

This project for Pine Crest Schools consisted of a full interior demolition, structural reinforcement and raising of the existing building to FEMA flood levels as well as the construction of two new additions to incorporate more storage room and two new art labs to the facility that was completely remodeled on the interior, incorporating state of the art music equipment and sound attention technology to provide new classrooms, band and orchestra rooms, for the students. In addition, the scope included a covered walkway to connect the Fine Arts Building with the adjacent school spaces which was protected by a brand new lightning protection system.
