Thomas Jefferson/Biscayne Gardens K-8 Academy

Overview

As part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools GOB Program, Thornton Construction provided construction management services for the ground-up construction of the Thomas Jefferson/Biscayne Garden K-8 Academy. This new two-story, 31,623 SF building is unifying two schools: Biscayne Gardens Elementary School and Thomas Jefferson Middle School. The school consists of 27 new classrooms and a 2,030 SF P.E shelter.
